Even the crappy psychoballistics cockers had them... There's a lot of things Simon has done with Inception parts that are really really smart. Having wrench flats on the ram rod is a godsend, same with the hole in the pump arm. I just don't understand why his LPRs are so big. |

I set mine up to use loc tite so the threads stay great AND I dont have to be an expert machinist. To be fair the inception parts are made to use a plastic set screw and you probably wanna thread it just barely in and let your ram or 3 way cut into itnto give some friction.

docs solution is WAY better just like how tippmann did the old pro-series barrels, those things will NOT budge unless you loosen up the screw simon actually recommends against using the set screws for a couple reasons, the ram and the 3 way shifting adds slop into a system that kinda needs it, and number 2, you damage your threads by flattening them or folding them down enough, and you will chew up the inner threads on the front block by removing the part (at a bare minimum, you'll scrape off a bunch of anno) but they are there, in case you just can't get something to line up without backing it out more than necessary
