Need a longer/stiffer mainspring (hammer 7)
Title says it. I have barely been able to keep my hammers velocity over 250 and now with colder weather coming in, it's dropped to about 220-230. Anybody know where to get one? My ninja 13/3k is putting out 800psi+ and the cupseal is not backing out so I would have to think its a spring issue.
Thanks in advance.

FYI: USPS Flatrate IS the same price when shipping to Alaska...

I wouldn't mind a longer one either. Keep in mind that the velocity adjuster needs to be at least about three turns in, so that it overlaps the end of the power tube. Otherwise, the gas blows into the back side of the bolt and gets wasted.
You can take the pump return spring off and insert it inside the existing bolt spring (dual springs). That adds a good amount of stiffness. I went to a lighter valve spring, which gave me plenty of adjustment and no longer needed the extra bolt spring, but that is regulated CO2.
some things are stickier than others

Using the stock springs, we decided that the "sweet spot" of the valve is around 925-950 psi. The marker gets very velocity stable, even with paint that doesn't really fit the stock barrel.
