a Order for a Peacemaker.

A customer has asked for me to make a Peacemaker for them.
I will post pic's as I go on this project.

So I ordered the parts needed from CCI.

Next is to mill the pump arm slots in the side of the body's.

I had to mill a slot into the top of the bottom tube.

I had to bore a hole into the bottom of the top tube.

Now to put the body's together and see how things fit together.

It's a start.

I have been dreaming about a open class over under with one hopper. Probably the only way I'd go with a nasty, I'm too fumble-y as is.

Alright, time for a update.
Do to the color the customer has picked out, the parts need to be polished.
So here is a pic's of the parts back from the polisher. Next step is to clean them and powder coat them.

A before & after shot

On a side note, you will notice the last photo is a Ma-Deuce-A II that the customer also ordered to be the same color.

More to come when I finish the powder coating.
