Double FYI for paintball rules there should be no "offer" of surrender, its either mandatory surrender at X distance when guy is behind you or no surrender and you get shot in the booty. "offer" of surrender makes for some ridiculous and dangerous john woo tactics.

I'm definitely interested, but as with most things these days it depends on the price. I'll shoot you a PM Ken!

I saw your work at SPE last year and was impressed. A scout looks like a lot of fun.

OK OK ... I have decided to make 8 Scout's.

These will be a true custom made Scout.
The different on these is I'll be making the 12 gram holder with the valve on the end of it. It will be all one piece.

Custom made body & back block.
Internal duel pump rod and delrin pump handle.
Stock class feed.
Frame will depend on what I can get my hands on.
Custom delrin bolt.
Cocker internals.

Base price on these will be $625.00
(If I have these anodized the price will go up.)

The PM just went out of control.

Let do this. Make a list of who really really wants one.
I need to know if :
ChiKo
SOLEX
Slappadapink
still want a Scout first before I add anyone to the list.

Xklamationxix
Darrin79
biftip98
want to be added.

Who else are looking to have a Scout. Remember I am only making 8 right now.

I'm down obviously.

Sc is awesome. Offset right or left is a bonus for over the barrel sighting. Ccm 86 or 45 frame are my preference.

Ken, you are awesome. What's the shot count to be expected per 12 gram?
Thank you good sir!

I believe dstud2000 posted what he was getting off his Scout 12 gram.

It did have a little break in period before it got to that point, but when it did it was pure awesomeness!! When it hits that last shot, it makes a little air escape sound and the cartridge is empty. Ken has a great design if you want to use 12 grams. It has served me well!!

Well that is just awesome.
I think this might become my new "easy player". All the best performance things a SC gun needs to be competive on the field:

Removable barrel for paint to bore match
Easy 12 gram access for changing
Sight straight down the barrel
Good consistency
Good efficiency
Easy velocity adjustment
Reliability
And finally cost. That's not a terribly crazy price for a custom made matker.

Thank you good sir. I'm happy to get in on this!
