KPCS sniper pump kit.
I have seen other pump kit's out there.
The most popular kit is CCM's and some others kit work or look like CCM's kit.
I wanted something different then the CCM kit.
I don't want to make a CCM clone or copy one.
Now I had a Pump kit for a Automag and like how it looked and feels.
It has a lug in the handle so the handle won't twist.
The problem is it not for a Autococker.
Well with some work I got it to fit a Autococker. To me it's one of the smoothie pump I have ever felt.
So I decided to make 20 kit's to see what everyone thinks of them and if I should make more of them.
I showed them at SPE this year.
Here is the kit has it is now.
It has a ant-twist lug in the pump handle
Has room for a return spring in the handle
This kit as of right now is for 2k autocockers. If these sell good I will do 99 and mini kit's.
Now this kit works :
Screw in the front screw tight so the o-ring seals.
Now put the anti-twist lug so it's close to center.
Then tighten the screw a bit more till the lug is on center to the body.
Now install the lug and pump handle with the guild screw.
Adjust the back block to the anti-twist lug is flush with the back of the pump handle.
Now your ready to play pump ....
Now I liked the return spring from the mag pump kit but I have no clue where to find them so the KPCS kit's come with out the return spring and some played don't like the spring in there kit's.
Price is the big question ....
After adding up the parts, machining, aluminum, Delrin, Stainless Steel and time, the cost was up there. If I made a run or 100 or 200 I can get the cost down but only made 25 to see if they would sell first.
I was shooting for say $95.00.
I hope this will help on the question for you pump players.
Let me know what you think.
I'm just a glorified drill press operator.
I have come here to chew bubblegum & kick @$$ and I'm all out of bubblegum ......

I like your design! The anti twist is clever. You make mention of a automag pump kit that you liked. I sure wish you would think about a run of automag kits with your ingenuity.

work on points for style
Do you have an ETA for pre 2k kits? Curious. May get a modern body just to slap one of these babies on there, they look so good.
