Custom work update.

As of last week my boss at work hit me with some bad new.
As of January 1st I will no longer get to use the machines at work.
This sucks but I understand.

I got to use the CNC at work on the weekends when there were no job's set up on them.
The CNC machines at work helped me make the Ma-Deuce-A's also the Scout's and a few other things.
So what does this mean? That's a good question. There is a lot of things I used the CNC for but how am I going to do it now ....

Well not is all lost. I got a deal on a Proto Trak CNC. Not a full size CNC but hey can't be picky right now.
Problem is it has been sitting out side for like 5 years.
Here is the thing though, I get it for free but have to pay to have it moved. that all.
It will have to be gone through to make sure the motors are good and to clean it up but it's a start.

I'll have to see just what I can do with it.

All the best to you Ken. Your work is great so hopefully you're able to continue in the future.

Double FYI for paintball rules there should be no "offer" of surrender, its either mandatory surrender at X distance when guy is behind you or no surrender and you get shot in the booty. "offer" of surrender makes for some ridiculous and dangerous john woo tactics.

Ken, I feel your pain. The only downside of the new job I took a while back was no access to machines...... I am working on getting a mill too. Good luck should work out for you.

Wow. The upside is you won't have to go into work on the weekends to use the CNC anymore.
Hope that new machine works out well.

Good luck, I hope its a blessing in disguise. Had a similar thing happen a year ago, and as of tomorrow, I go to my buisness full time.

It will all come around as long as you are open, and dont do like other airsmiths do
