I love old safari books, and this one was a fun read.
Another good one in the same genre is The Maneaters Of Tsavo by (JH?)Patterson.
Pat.
Is the Maneaters of Tsavo the inspiration for The Ghost in the Darkness?

I just finished The Street Lawyer by John Grisham. It was a really thought provoking book.

I read that book too several years ago. The movie was a little different, such as the Michael Douglas character not being in the book.

Richard Dawkins The God Delusion. I'm about 70% through it and have decided that diehard atheists are at least twice as pretentious and three times more irritating than I find evangelicals to be. Why I decided to pick this book up I'll never know.

Just finished 11/22/63 last night. That was pretty special.

I think I'll start Tic Toc by Dean Koontz today during treatment. It's supposed to have a cool dog in it. I'm sure it won't be half as awesome as Watchers.

Just finished The Hobbit in anticipation of the movie. Short but enjoyable.

Just into the fifth book of the Codex Alera series. So far a very good read.
