looking for options

I just really started playing magfed this year with my tipx. I am looking for a mag fed marker fsr that is bolt action. Maybe with a 5 to 10 round capacity and preferably not a thousand dollars. Any ideas?

You could mod a Hammer 7 to what you're describing. Probably spend $250 all said and done.

CCM SSR if you don't want to do it yourself and don't want to spend over 1k+

SAR-12 if you want to spend 1k+

Yeah your only options are The SAR which is obviously well over 1k lol. But worth every single penny.

The SR1/SSR which runs $600 but will go up pretty close to the SAR after you finish building it (Because it doesnt come with furniture)

The 468 DMR which runs $600 and pretty much has everything you need out of the box.

Or mod a Hammer 7 which run $100, cheaper used.

If you stray away from the idea of bolt-action the M17 DMR is a great option and you can just change it's appearance over time with mods and cash.

The M17 DMR was over $1000 though... And it is no longer sold. Fortunately, you can just buy an M17 CQC and make your own DMR with a Hammerhead barrel, Tiberius riser, and optics and end up spending half of that.

Yeah the M17 DMR was a total rip off. You pretty much got an M17 XDC ($600) with $600 worth of furniture...

OR, exactly like humancarpenter said, you could build the marker the way YOU want to with the M17 cqb and whatever add ons you wanted, for WAY cheaper.

If you really did want to stray away from bolt action, and wanted to build a marksman type set up. The T9.1 would be PERFECT. I have a Sar12 but I still went back and bought ANOTHER 9.1 because of how awesome they are.

Thanks guys. I have also been considering just going strictly mag fed. I have been looking at the m17 cqc and so far have not been able to beat that price. 329.00 is not bad for all that comes with it.

I think the Milsig SMG will actually be out by May some time. If you already have some TiPX mags, you might want to see what the price on that will be. It might make financial sense to get that instead, depending on how many mags you have/need.

M17 with the Nova or Stark Pursuit mag well adapter so you can use both the new drum mags.
