Ok so I want to use gmags...

On my Hurricane. Considering the Hurricane already has the D shaped hole I should be able to run Gmags with this, right?

https://mcsus.com/products/tacamo-hu...andard-magwell

I like Helix mags but Dmags suck

I don't think that will work, i'd ask MCS

If that doesn't work i'd try contacting magfed maker he doesn't have any thing listed but might have something in the works that could help.

Don’t think that will work. I think at one time MCS had a roundhead magazine and this is what that magwell refers to.

The magwell and marker shells will need to be modified to work with the squarehead mags. Guys used to have all sorts of info on the X7og back when that was a thing... so much knowledge lost

I’m afraid the mail comes back undeliverable. I may have to get creative.

IF I remember correctly (and I will try to confirm on facebook but it has been a few years and their search kinda sucks) Nick Landon was the guy originally doing the MKV conversions to squareheads ... you would need to check out some of the mag-fed groups for more info. No idea if he is still around or if he was ever on this forum ...

TL;DR hole size controls how fast balls get spent
