I just remember when the standard barrel was .689, and that worked fine! Now it seems I'm going to have to get a .679 insert and do the stupid nail polish trick. Sad...

if its hot enough to expand a freak insert your paint has grown aswell,paint is constantly changing sizes so i could care less about actual numbers,i check my paint against a insert or barrel that fits then play paintball if i start getting rollouts or run into an issue mid day i check again

Me too. All the paint here is mostly 689. I can even get 691 if I Do a nice 40 minute drive which I have done
