45/4500 Tank (No Longer For Sale)

I have a carbon fiber wrapped tank for sale, I'm reasonably sure that it's a 45ci tank, 4500 psi. Born date is 02/06, last hydro was 01/12. So it's currently out of hydro, but still has a couple years of use left on it. The regulator is in good shape, I just went through it and replaced o-rings, and it holds air (pumped it up to ~1K psi with my hand pump). See pictures for condition.

Looking for $40 OBO, NO LONGER FOR SALE shipped and PayPal'd (CONUS). Or I'd be interested in a trade for a 13ci tank (I can add cash if necessary). Or some other small sized tank.

Sorry I haven't responded yet to this. The tank is boxed up in the trunk of my car at the moment, I was hoping to have time to get it out and measure, but didn't get around to it. I'll try to remember in the morning

It's right at about 11" long
