A tops was Motion City Soundtrack several years ago. Small venue, excellent show. One of my favorite bands.
Just recently I went to Silverstein and Hawthorne Heights. They had some good openers too. It was highschool tunes all over again, and I loved it.
I have a wife and sister into John Mayer. I've been to two of his shows, and (don't judge me) he puts on a good one. He is a great guitar player so I enjoyed it a lot. The was a good while back.
Honorable mention - Marcus King Band

I don't see many concerts, but of the ones I remember (in no particular order):
- Green Day at the Coliseum at the CNE, Toronto, 1995. 16 year old me was in moshpit heaven. Openers were Pansy Division and Die Toten Hosen.
- Dethklok at the Sound Academy, Toronto. Must've been almost 10 years ago. Really great show.
- Kraftwerk at the Coliseum, Toronto... probably 10 years ago? Really great show even though they took really long breaks between sets (45 mins, and 2 30 min breaks).
- AC/DC at SARSFest, Downsview Park, Toronto, 2004. They were a-ma-zing! Seeing the Stones play afterwards was such an anti-climactic event. AC/DC owned that show.
