Finaly got a sub crossover frequency help

So Iím trading a car I own for some music equipment. One part included thAts is already set up in my house is the sub. Iím unsure how to set cross over this sub will play down to 1hz with force. Itís only a 10Ē sub but the furniture turns to jello. My neighbors hate it because it will vibrate my unit but has no real sound for them to report.
Needs to be sealed because air leaks from the box/ it vibrates like a mofo.
But what is a more reasonable crossover frequency/ how do I test the driver to find the ideal setting?

And do I set the receiver/ amp to match the amp I have on the sub?
