Do you mean real soundtrack like movies used to have or a singles collection with ambient nonsense in between which is the current norm? Star Wars or Guardians of the Galaxy?

Of the former:

Anything by Ennio Morricone, Jo Hisaishi, John Williams. 2001, Memories, pretty much any classic Trek or Doctor Who, anything by BBC Radiophonic Workshop.

Of the later: High Fidelity, Big Lebowski, Life Aquatic.

Honorable Mention: Transformers: The Movie

Good stuff too, but not quite as good as the original (movie or soundtrack wise). It did have Iggy Pop on both the soundtrack, and in the movie, so that was a plus! Salvation was a **** movie, but the soundtrack had a few good songs. No idea about Wicked Prayer, as I never watched that ****show, or listened to the soundtrack.

Interstellar 5555. It’s just Daft Punk’s Discovery album in its entirety.

Like a bunch of the music is just bent sine waves, it's crazy.
Oh yeah Iíve seen that video many times. As a pretend song writer itís very inspiring.

On topic, the soundtrack to Oblivion (the one with Tom Cruise) is very good.
