You could get a V-Max brand new in this price range. Durable as all hell, feeds 20+ bps, tool-less breakdown, and pretty low profile.

Well, I've looked at all of the hoppers mentioned so far and right now, the VLocity Jr has the lead. Seems fast enough for a mech cocker and MUCH cheaper than a Rotor.

Oh, and I guess it's confusing but I'm not new to motorized hoppers. I've used everything from Revys to Rotors. Before I got my first Rotor, I was a Halo guy and had more than a couple. Picked up my first Rotor not long after they came out and them went through the Gen 2 and Gen 3 versions. However, about 2 years ago I got rid if all of my electros and most of my mechs and played mostly pump. While the Rotor was nice on my T2, I was able up get by with an older Revy so I let the Rotors go. Recently I started putting together some Cockers and have been outrunning my Revys when shooting as fast as I can. Not quite Rotor speeds and I don't really shoot like that in a game but I want something that can move paint if need be.

I second and third this except the only do 15ish bps consistently. But will never be outshot by a mech.

I only paid $40 for my LNIB V-Max, and couldn't be happier (I also was moving up from a Revy).
Halos feed well, but I've never seen one not crack eventually. That plastic is so brittle; you can see it just looking at it.

That's what I need to look at then. The VLocity Jr I was watching ended for more than I wanted to pay.

Chrispy has new V-Max 2's for $60 in the BST. Not sure if he has any left.

I really liked how simple the old eggys were, while still being freaking fast for a mech gun. Are the newest ones any more durable?

that's a good price, considering the vmax is $60. vmax 2 has an improved motor (more torque, less speed), improved gearing (less noisy) and a different paddle. the shells are supposedly very tough, and the loader itself is among the lightest loaders on the market (at or slightly less than one pound).
