Very true....I'm new to the sport myself. A few guys in my area have shown an interest into magfed/milsim paintball so I have been looking into the gear.

Magfed is gaining popularity quickly. It's not my cup of tea, but I've played with milsim gents and they seem to really get into it, it just costs a lot.

Do you have a pump gun? You should consider trekking down to Chelsea MA for the Santa shootout pump day. It's my first year going, but all the guys I play with say it's a blast.

Once the warm season comes back around keep your eyes peeled for events at OSG. Whenever a big MCB crowd gets together there we have a wicked good time, plus OSG is just an all around awesome field.

No pump marker as of yet, most likely I'm going to go with a Milsig M17 for my first marker.

I will be checking out OSG as soon as spring gets here. Looks like an awesome field, I've seen quite a few of the YouTube videos.

I know nothing about milsig stuff so I can't help you there, though I'm sure you'll find plenty of info through others via the site. OSG is the best field in the Northeast, hands down.

To answer your post about fills. I get about 10 "good" fills filling my 70 ci tank. After that it's filling to about 1500-1800psi.

That is a lot more then I thought. I'm guessing I would get considerably more 13ci fills.

If he's getting 10 good fills on a 70 you could probably get close to 100.

That's a bunch! At $1.30 a fill for 13ci tanks it would pay for itself quite fast. Guess I'll have to do a little more checking in my local area for a dive shop that will fill scuba tanks for paintball.

I thought Dicks only did co2 fills? I will check into that as well, I'm in concord fairly often.
