Im neeeew and dont know what do doooo

New to paintball, and loving it so far I've been playing large scale airsoft and milsim for about 8 or 9 years, and quit for many reasons. Now, a year later a buddy of mine gets me into Automags and the sport, and after a few games and this last supergame West, Im hooked and loving it! My camo green splash automag is my pride and joy, but im looking forward to picking up a phantom and trying some pump play! Wish I had gotten into this sooner...

Thanks for having me, I'm looking forward to learning something on this crusty forum

Wait you started with a mag? Consider yourself very lucky. Moving to a phantom second is also a very good move. Not sure if you are more in the know than you think or exceedingly lucky in your choice of markers. Either way nice picks.

Awesome, welcome aboard. I mowed yards all summer in 1998 to get my first bone stock automag. Luckiest kid on the field.

Camo green eclipse splashes are some of the sexiest anodizing out there and somethingbenign was right when he said it's a smart move to add a phantom to the mix. They're a fantastic pump.

My buddy had a mag and I like how compact it was, so I set out to build what I wanted (camo spash) I saw the phantom on the field at my very first game and though it looked sweet, got to know them better and I have one on the way

I saw the OP was from portland and thought to myself, "have I played paintball with this guy?"

I most definitely recognize the mag posted above Glad to see you've joined the forums

Great job on the Mag. That camo anno kit is gorgeous and the black body really sets it off. That thing will treat you right for years to come. Ditto on the Phantom. It looks like you've got pump and semi pretty well covered. Coming from an airsoft/milsim background, have you given any thought to mag fed play?
