I have a flurry too and I wholly reccomend it. Just remember to buy the hydration bladder and tubes with the vest as last I checked it does not come with them standard.

I'll add my 2 cents to the whole Flurry vest deal...

I love em. My whole team has them. They are well constructed, well thought out, and are $20-$40 cheaper than the competition. I'm not saying that if you bought a cops 911 vest that you didn't get your money's worth... I'm just saying I liked the Flurry at a lower price better.

Gosh, seems like this thread became an ad for Flurry pretty fast.

Adding my 2 pence I would have to say pass on the flurry vests, they are okay for the price but some of the OpsGear vests are not much and but come with a whole lot more.

My biggest hassle with the flurry was the riding up at the front, it always felt like I should be shouting out 'forward for Camelot' whilst wearing my tabbard, either that or working in Subway in my pinny.

To each their own. Sorry to have started the push towards the Flurry vest on this post. Overall though I think that we are all stating that wearing a vest during a scenario is usually a very handy thing to do. Somthing that most of these vest do as well is to help your body to support the load it is carrying by moving some of the weight bearing from just your hips, to up at your shoulders. If you are going to be running around with all your gear for a complete weekend that sure helps to spread the weight around.

By the way does anyone know of a company making a GOOD stock class vest. Sorry but the cops911 looks like one bulky mess. Let me know by PM so as to not jack the thread.

I will be hopefully atending my first weekend scenario at Splatbrothers in June. I have played small 1 day scenarios at local fields, but have never 'traveled' for a weekend event. Still hoping I can get to this one. Definitly looking forward to it.
I have been looking at the flurry vests, and Cops911 but decided to go with a regular 'tactical' vest. This will be my second one(the first one is a crossdraw vest for my Rap4 stuff). The new one holds 8 pods(4 front 4 back), remote tank pouch, pouch for hydration system, several "utility' pouches,a radio pouch, and belt. Now depending on if I keep the qloader, I need to get more pods.

It's one of the places where an advantage can be gained from the mobility and compactness of a pump, and scenario's allow plenty of room for meneuvering around an opponent, which is pretty much necessary for low paint players.

Allen Paintball makes a good SC vest. This summer I should be buying one, a few cops911 holsters, and alot of pistols. I think it'll be a blast going into my woods with 6 pistols and my phantom.
