Things you need but won't remember

I think it would be good to get a list going of the stuff that you want to remember to pack before you get there not after/ stuff you'll want to have to make outlaw ball more enjoyable

*Folding chairs! Especially for the older types with their rickety knees Crap work calls I'll add more because I think that this is important

Garbage bags. I make a point of bringing one for my trash and the trash that everyone else is going to "forget" to take with them. Playing outlaw is fine when nobody gives a crap that you are there but the minute you become a nuisance at all is when trouble starts.

That reminds me that I'm sick and tired of all the crap other groups leave behind.

THE-SHOOTIST Anyone chubbin' like me for this?
mailmanmike Since Monday! That's more than 4 hours though, so according to those cialis ads I should see my doctor.
tlane77 I think for a non-chemical chubby it's 6 hours before its time to see a doctor. So you should be good for another couple hours.
splattttttt I wasn't goin to google "chubbin" because I assumed it had to do with fat. The lard type, not the fun stuff. But what ever feelings Jeff's experiencing, then they must be of the fun like stuff...
tlane77 He's got a woody for your woods.

woot.. I have access to on a nice big Red Chrono that goes pretty much to all the outlaw fields I go to ... hand helds are great, but it is comforting to see folks chronying themselves regularly and big reds are easy to see and hard to loose. What scares me to death are the occasional guys who buy tippies from a big box store and and have never chronoed or adjusted it.. and BEEEEEPPPPP straight out of the box.

Water: I try and carry a quart jug of water.. I can stand being hungry, but being thirsty for a while stinks.

Yellow refs vest: not that Ill ref, but on occasion a friend will want to be on the field and just "pseudo-ref" or take pics ... and they rarely bring one.

co2/hpa ready guns and tanks.. Outlaw play is frequently BYO-everything - "and someone might have air and/or co2" - but you never know. I pack gats that can go either way.

re: garbage : I try and leave my space cleaner than when I arrived.

1 tanks(Both CO2 and Air)-Can't play if you air/co2 is gone
2.markers(big plus if it works on either power source)-Can't play if your marker won't shoot
3.gravity hoppers( pocket and/or full sized)-If someones hopper breaks or batteries run out throw one of these bad boys on and go. Has saved me on more than one occasion.
4. Extra paint- Durp.
5. masks- If someone has a very foggy mask or lense gets cracked.
6. tank o-rings- seen alot of these shredded off, always good to have some on hand
7. squeege/swab-breaks/chops suck, especially if you can't hit anything the rest of the day
8. microfiber cloth-clean masks makes for happy players
9. paper towels/hand towels- have come in handy before
10. Water- stay hydrated

Thats what I bring to my outlaw field.

Some of this is pretty no duh.... I bring a 50 gallon tub of gear when I go to play at a regular field... and that's just for me when I am bringing gear for others it's usually two tubs. I would say that what do you bring other then PB gear.

I like the comment about water, I bring 1 gallon minimum.

Extra socks/shoes nothing makes a day worse then stepping in a puddle at 8am and stalking in wet boots all day

First Aid Kit Cannot stress that enough!

A Good Sponge For cleaning masks.

Orange Cones Marking off Google on or off zone and a sink hole or such

Tarp A nice cheapy from Ollies Bargain outlet, great for making shade by the cars (where their are usually less bugs) also doubles for a great make shift work area if you need to take something apart.

Ribbon Easiest and cheapest way to mark teams, buy it in bulk after christmas (funny the best colors for paintball always last the longest) I like this more then armbands because you never seem to have enough and if you lose a ribbon you don't feel so bad.

Now I really need to get off the forum and get stuff done for the CSE next week

I've fallen victim to this so many times, and have lost the ability to play at many nice places because of this. I ALWAYS bring a trash bag and haul away a sack of trash, it's the best way to thank VELCOR for allowing us to use his beautiful paintball park free of charge. After all, VELCOR not only is the God of all things paintball, but of all places to play paintball too, and YOU DO NOT WANT TO OFFEND VELCOR BY DIRTYING UP HIS PARK!!!

WATER! I pack everything up meaning to pack water and then I forget and have to drink the nasty tap at the field and don't drink enough. I hate it when I do that.

Also another thing I use to do but I've been getting better at is bringing cleaning solution for my goggles. I'd always have to borrow someone else's. Not any more!
