Run it as a club. Due's might be more favorable in the eyes of new world order institutions.

THE-SHOOTIST Anyone chubbin' like me for this?
mailmanmike Since Monday! That's more than 4 hours though, so according to those cialis ads I should see my doctor.
tlane77 I think for a non-chemical chubby it's 6 hours before its time to see a doctor. So you should be good for another couple hours.
splattttttt I wasn't goin to google "chubbin" because I assumed it had to do with fat. The lard type, not the fun stuff. But what ever feelings Jeff's experiencing, then they must be of the fun like stuff...
tlane77 He's got a woody for your woods.

I mean this nicely. Those of you who think you can run a profitable business and outsmart the IRS, local government, and insurance companies through semantics are very likely fooling yourself. If it is your goal to form a club I HIGHLY suggest you seek competent professional advice who has experience setting up and defending such an organization. Understand that if you are making a profit all sorts of protections you assumed you had (and might have had) are gone.

Well said.

Consider the following analogy - it's maybe not exactly spot-on, but it provided me with enough amusement writing it that I'll share it anyway:
If you are collecting turds, but try to say they are not turds, but rather call them "chocolate" that just goes to the "maintenance and upkeep" of turds without actually being turds, the IRS is still going to recognize a turd when they see one, and they are still going to want their share of the turd no matter how much you call it chocolate.

Awesome analogy. Defend your turds pay your turd taxes.

pretty good... same holds true for sales tax on chocolate covered paintballs for outlaw and commercial fields a like. I bet they might want a bit of those fica taxes on the chocolate refs as well.
