THE-SHOOTIST Anyone chubbin' like me for this?
mailmanmike Since Monday! That's more than 4 hours though, so according to those cialis ads I should see my doctor.
tlane77 I think for a non-chemical chubby it's 6 hours before its time to see a doctor. So you should be good for another couple hours.
splattttttt I wasn't goin to google "chubbin" because I assumed it had to do with fat. The lard type, not the fun stuff. But what ever feelings Jeff's experiencing, then they must be of the fun like stuff...
tlane77 He's got a woody for your woods.

okay, okay ...
Second - we occupy space where games seem to just happen. And I am okay with that.

My favorite is how sometimes groups just walk out and play, while others are content enough to just chill, whatch the gave, or video too.
There was that time when Jack brought a couple of his friends, and one of them just slept for the first three hours, then came out and played for a couple later on.

I love playing at my local field! That being said, alot of my friends don't feel the same. So we play outlaw ball instead. It costs significantly less, as we just pay 5-10 bucks for paint per person with no field fees. Its a 5-10 minute drive to my buddies place and its really laid back. We play some very fun games, then normally grill and chill the rest of the evening

I guess my expirence isn't typical. I gladly go to my local field because the owner is great, the crowd is good, and the prices are [B]extremely[B] reasonable. (its always BYOP, and $20 for field fee/all day air, they also sell cases there for $40)

That being said, I happily drive over an hour to Splatttttttt's place for his outlaw games. Its simply for the participants, the atmosphere, and the challenge. I'm constantly faced with some of the best, most honorable players I've ever met there. That alone is worth the extra cost of gas, even at current prices!

I wonder how many "real" fields are actually closer to outlaw fields (no insurance) than legitimate businesses with proper licensing, tax, etc. Having been to more than one field I can tell you that not all "fields" are following business guidelines.

I've only played paintball twice since 1998. I played nearly every weekend and sometimes once or twice a week for about a year. We played at a little field on weekends that we virtually had to ourselves. The guy was just starting a field and would meet us at the property. He had a small box trailer that he kept the supplies in. I think we paid five bucks to play. It was a lot of fun.

Then his client base grew, which was good for him, but these new guys were bringing the latest semi autos. We were inspired to upgrade. The game got very expensive. From spending twenty or twenty five dollars in a day to 75 or 100 sometimes.

Now, many years later, I've organized a game among family and friends. It's a pump only game right now, and I hope it always will be. Most of the players never owned a gun, or even played before. They have $22 Raptors from Wal-Mart. We built some bunkers on my dad's property, which is an old 20 acre rock quarry. It's an almost perfect place to play. There is a lot of cover (its an old quarry). Gullys, boulders, cedar trees.

I'm trying to encourage a game that is more about stalking and tatics, then who has the most money to spend on upgrades and paint. I don't want my peoples to shoot their wallets out of the game. It's about fun. Got ya kind of feel.

For me, its about playing the ultimate game of tag. Where grown men get to build little forts and shoot each other, then have a cold one and brag about your martial skill.

For me it's got to be not having to hang around posers that follow every trend on pbnation. Sure they shoot CCMs, but that's just because CCMs are hot. The worst part is when they hate on you for bringing an old marker modded up just right for you, because it's not (insert hot gun on PBN)
Fortunately there are some pretty solid guys there too, it's just that the posers are so much "louder" than them.

I don't get to play pb as much as I like as it is, but renegade's so chill it's worth it.

People: the people i am going to play outlaw with are good guys if anyone has problems there always gonna help
Money: im under 18 and pay for everything so it saves me a fortune
Fun:it makes the game more fun than playing with a bunch of trigger finger ***holes that flip out constant
