2 colour flag stations?

Does anyone have an tips on making a flag station that has a red and a blue flag. When red team takes the flag station they pull their flag up which lowers the blue flag and vice versa. Trying to find pictures but for some reason my google skills are lacking today.
Someone must have built one and have pics or can help!

At our field, they use a simple system, but it may not be elegant enough for you. They bury a pvc pipe into the ground, and it comes up about 2 feet. They lay a stick next to the pipe (think broom stick), and they tie a flag to each end of the stick. The first team there sticks it into the pipe with his flag side up. The other team can pull it out and flip it around.

That was honestly a throw together system the night before because I realized I forgot to build real flag stations... its not the norm. We have used a pulley system in the past, as well as rotating slap-sticks. I liked the pulley system but players said the ropes tangled and were difficult. I have no idea how they managed to tangle the ropes, it worked flawlessly for me, but that was the feedback.

I like pulley systems, its basically a 2-3 foot tall flag pole with a flag in two spots on the rope, so when one is lowered the other is automatically at the top. You can either tie the rope off between changes to keep it static, or use a second pulley at the bottom to put the rope under tension so it holds in place on its own. Just be sure not to tangle the flags in the pulleys!

I thought the system was pretty great in its simplicity. The downside was that it was hard to find.

the two pully system has worked pretty well at the field I frequented most recently. He put up a PVC pole about 12 feet high with a pully on top and close to the ground. Fastened flags to snap rings at top and bottom and it has worked well for years.

A local field has concrete filled 5gal buckets with an embedded length of pvc pipe. A longer piece of smaller diameter pipe is painted one color on each end, which you stand up in the bucket. Sturdy, simple, and can also be moved around for different games.

Use traffic cones to hold the poles, makes them a bit easier to find. We call these flip flags.

My field uses a variation of the pulley mentioned above. It is a pvc pole with a T connection at the top. There are the flags (bandana with a tennis ball for weight) tied to the ends of the rope. Pull the red flag, blue one goes up, pull the blue, red goes up.

I got an idea but I can't discribe it in any decent way. Lemme get home and doodle it for you to see what you think.
