New scale size
My supplier now offers large annodized aluminum scales which now will bring down the cost of covers and will open the door to large tank covers.
Now to the eye candy:
Big Scales 3.5 oz cover, small scales 3.5 oz cover, Big Scales 45/45 cover
Just so you can see the size difference:
3.5 oz $35
13 ci $50
45, 50, 68 ci $75
other tank sizes and projects will be quotes on.
Also the larger scales come in a variety of colors and material just as the smaller scales.

Very interesting and eye catching design, though, like arkangel, I wonder how they would feel. Also what kind of weight are we talking about. I cant imagine its weightless and the extra weight only for looks seems like a bit of a waste to me. Of course for some people that's not really an issue.

Hmm....rip a jersey maybe or cut yourself in a terrible dive...nice eye candy but is it practical?

Team Long Stroke
I was going to say, there are a few on here that already use this stuff, top notch product.
Fast is fine, accuracy is final.

Thanks for the comments. The scales are being used by a few people already, and so far no complaints about riped jerseys/skin. The larger scales would be more practical I believe on larger tanks, but I wanted to throw together a smaller tank cover just to let people see the difference and to give a lower cost option.
I can weigh the covers tomorrow at work but yes they do add weight.
