Just wanted to pass along the info I was given from the field and let you know that if pre-registered by August 1st for the festival, the ticket price will include admission to the players' party after the Saturday games!
The players party includes dinner, dessert, beer/drinks plus lots of fun stuff to take part in.
Black Wolf will be MC'ing the event as well, so you KNOW there is a good time to be had!

Admission to the players' party without pre-registering is still possible, but there is a cost of $10.00.

Look to these sites for more info:

The pre-registration form says July 8th.....I"m assuming that was just pushed back?

Also you should push that there is a "gun cruise" during the players party. They're looking for old markers to display. MCB would be the crew to pull out their stuff. I'm planning on bringing down some of my collection for that night.

Hope to see everyone out at the field this weekend. The staff/volunteers have been doing alot of work and the fields look nothing like they used to. New and improved bunkers/cabins/walk-ways, all for our safety and enjoyment. Should be a good time, pending cooperative weather.
