Both of these statements are correct. I had the privilege to sit and talk with a member of GOG/SP/DLX a few weeks back. Has been working for the company for 20 years in R&D. So the Gardners have nothing to do with GI.

GI / Richmond is backed by a very big investment firm. From what I understand the investment firm wants Richmond to buy even more paintball companies. They have made several attempts to buy Valken and Gino refused them all.

Thats my 2 cents worth.
