Yes I know. I am in the CS field and can tell you until they get latency down to 20 ms, it will fail. I rather by a system and play that.

They're aiming at casual gamers, not esports. I think it'll do ok, even if it takes a while. They're banking on 5g mobile to really kick it off.

I have gigabit up and down fiber at home. The stock wifi router is POS and can't handle more the 300Mbs. My Linksys Ac3200 does about 600Mbs. Not unless you are using cat5, you can forget about 1000 up and down.
