I looked into that, but I didn't want to charge. The new ones are too high. A decent used cocktail table unit would be cool.

Any suggestions?
You do realize AirBNB patrons are looking for simple three bedroom houses for wife swapping parties. https://nypost.com/2014/03/17/airbnb...me-to-an-orgy/

I wouldn't open my house up to strangers unless I could hose it down with bleach..

I second Mario Party. Easy to play for non-gamers and it gets super competitive, especially after a few libations.

Not sure how nice you want to go for this game room or how modern, but here is the company my brother sells for, Moss Distributing
They occasionally have classics listed in their pre-owned section. The shuffleboard/mini bowling games tend to be pretty popular, but I'm more of a darts guy.

Cornhole is good too. It can be played inside or out.

Check out "Looping Louie" as a table top game. When we did a Super Bowl airbnb with our old frat brothers, someone brought it, and this was the most played game. Mind you, we had an indoor basketball court, hockey nets and more, but the board game was constantly played. And it looks fun for families too.

Hahaha! That dovetails nicely with my suggestions. Spin the bottle is always a cheap crowd pleaser. Or Twister - with a party pump of lube. Whatever you choose, Scotchguard EVERYTHING.
