I don't know if it is considered a legit full-auto, but well tuned RT automags can get a pretty consistent string of FA

68's actually came semi from the factory, but can be turned full auto by swapping in a trigger from a 60.

id say the automag is the easiest to mantian, most customizable and reliable

While not Full Auto per say, a properly tuned xvalved mag w/ high HPA pressure can certainly empty a hopper pretty quick: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YeC549Ci-3c

Yah, like a loader full, with whatever size of loader you can put on it.

If you mod an auto-trigger kit from a sniper onto an autococker it goes full auto, or it destroys the universe, one of the two.
