Stock class gear setup
Hey guys,

Playing around with my stock class gear set up,

I currently Have a Molle belt and a fear items from WTF paintball on there way,

But am interested in seeing some setups for stock class scenario setups ?

I saw a post by wicked Clown that I loved the look of, But just want to see some other set ups please :)

Could you post up a picture ideally and the parts you use (soft goods) to hold your paint and 12 grams

I've been using a PBmafia leg harness since it seems like forever. Now after having seen CJs project it's starting to feel like I've just been being lazy...

Looks like a great product, although I will be wanting to haul more than that

Ideally I will be wanting to have about 300 rounds on me and 12 grams for this amount

Although I think What I will do is use general zipper pouches to store extra tubes in and only have about 10 in a 10 round holder and then simply refresh the empties with fulls if that makes sense ?

I use a ronin suspender harness with a dump pouch on the left side.

Here's the harness:

And here's how it looks "in use" (not my picture):

As you can see, lots of loops for tubes and 12ies, they go up both sides from the waist to the shoulder, and literally around the entire belt.

Joyride. I use cargo pockets as my dump pouches. There are few products that I have no criticisms of... and this is one of them. It is perfect for speedy reloading, it holds your 12ies and paint securely, and it is uber low profile. Plus, the fact that it is capless means I never have tubes come open on the field and I don't have to keep track of caps. I really couldn't ask for more in a harness.

I used a similar harness to what Doc Nickel used to produce, capless harness with 2-4 12ie holders on each of the shoulder straps. I'll see if I can find a good pic of me using it when I get home tonight. Held way more paint than I ever needed, even for a full days play.

My issue with "capped" tubes is there's nothing fast about them.

When under fire, I want to be able to reload in ONE motion and that means capless.

I have yet to use a full 60 rounds capless + 10 on gun in a single game. (more like "60 a day") The other 40-rounds in the pouch are for between-game restocking of the capless tubes.

Going MOLLE with more capless tubes only delays the interval of between game restocking from capped tubes.

I have the quick reload lids, so I will practice with them so that I am able to reload in one motion,

and I am sure I will use more than 60 rounds in a big game :)

Thats why I want to carry quite a few on me, not mainly for the game, but so I don't have to visit base camp as much, as it can be quite abit from respawning sometimes

A phantom feedgate on the bottom of a revvy might speed up your between game rwloading. I've used a revvy to refill tubes quickly. A feedgate on the bottom of the hopper neck might keep you from accidently losing balls. I just cut off the ball flow with my thumb though and it worked out pretty well.

I can pop a cap as I pull the tube, in one motion, without slowing down.

I've just been using shotgun belts, but I'm thinking of upgrading as well

I will post some Pictures of my molle stock class gear when it arrives,

I'm still trying to work out what the ideal number of rounds to carry on me will be
