Why I will never deal with canada again.
Thread title... is a lie :p I will write a feedback post as well, but I felt this transaction needed a little something extra :p

Just finished off a deal with Eddielives75, and he has made me wonder why I've never dealt with canadians before. Easily the nicest, easiest transaction I've ever been through on this site, and his amazing communication put all of my potential worries to rest. I found myself trusting someone wholeheartedly that I've never even met :ROTFL:

We shipped same time, and as I said, no issues whatsoever. Will happily deal with again :)

Canadians ain't so bad after all! So stop posting "Won't ship to Canada in BST ads!

Zack :gunsfiring:

Edit: and the way he packaged it was very secure, for the record... lol

I believe people don't like to deal with Canada because of the jacked up shipping prices. Not the people. I have and do ship to Canada.

I kinda wish your title matched your post. I think the comments would have nearly melted the forum.

I think a lot of people are generally nervous to send their stuff out of the country, especially new players. And IMO, $35 bucks to ship a $700 dollar item isn't too bad :p

It's the $75 to $200 Guns that make the shipping seem like robbery.

The only problem I have with shipping to Canada (and other countries) is when the people offer me the same amount as if I was selling the item to someone in the US and expect me to eat the shipping costs.

For example...a while ago I had listed an item at $15 and it would only cost $3 to ship First Class inside the US. But then a person in Canada said they would buy it for $15 and then they get offended when I said they needed to pay more ($7 more for the difference in shipping costs) for the shipping since it will cost $10 to ship to them instead of $3.

Maybe it's just me, but I shouldn't be expected to bear the burden of shipping costs to foreign countries. I could easily sell the item to someone in the US and make more money, and that is what I did.

Works both ways, it's more to ship down to the States most times now. But thanks for taking a leap of faith hehe
