not quite what you're looking for, but i've always been fond of shrouds milled and anodized to match markers, like so:

I was thinking about something like that with some other coating instead of neoprene, cork sheet actually. I thought there was one made of wood around here, but I've lost it.

I've got a mix match of chrome and nickel, so I'm going gaudy. I'm leaning toward a salt water fishing theme. I may need to buy some aluminum-bronze.

There's always pink acrylic fur.

The tactical trilogy shroud only fits the trilogy, right?

Owned this for a short period of time before shipping it off to the great white north/Jebus...

Probably the most famous specimen of the Spanky "graveyard" series. I was too reluctant to give it any playtime for fear of damage to the airbrush and clear coat.

That's nicely done...

Those were actually exactly what came to mind when I read the question.

Here is a somewhat plain shroud with an interested feature, the sight rail on the top:

Cut a hole in the mouth of a hand puppet. Slide it over your barrel/pneumatics. Win.

I'm thinking a rubber chicken would be hilarious.

When did they stop putting shrouds on autocockers? Was it when they started going to the roundbody models? Its weird that all the early 2000 autocockers all came with that plastic shroud but you never see them.

Before that they all had the metal and neoprene which should give a bunch of milling, anodizing, and fabric options, but you rarely see any of those either.

My Google-Fu is failing me, but Jim "Mad Dog" Morgan used to run around with a gun with a rubber chicken on it. The balls came out of the chicken's mouth.

My 2003 vertical feed came with the plastic shroud when it was new
