That is awesome

Won a pretty decent stock AMG on Goodwill last week. No elbow as those usually break. Found a clamping feed neck on Thingiverse and made a sleeve to go on the AMG. Glued them together and used my soldering iron to push in the nut. Nice and tight!

So I've seen only a small discussion about cup seals from last year. Has anyone done them at any varying success? PLA with a TPU face embedded? Just PLA and a little post processing? I was having shower thoughts this morning about it and it seems like an untapped area for us.

I made some you CO2 seal for my Sheridan.
I have been keeping it under pressure for over a month, played for several days and used over 20 12g with great results.

I think TPU and some post processing will do the job just fine.

That sounds very promising. I'll need to pick up a roll of TPU one of these days

Been working on this for a while. Got my trigger group for my custom stock all worked out. Has been working with 12gs. It's a slider using the original trilogy sear.

That is some inspirational wood, now I want to go carve some trees. Your build is looking awesome! Trigger frame and stuff looks great too, any issues getting a nice tolerance?

Lol, printed all the things today! Another Maker day for Fall Experiment 2019 in Milwaukee WI. Crushing custom name plates for STEM/STEAM kiddos!

That is version 4 or 5 there. I'm using fusion, so I just edited the sketches over and over. The sear plate went up and down or changed angles every time. Now that the rest is settled, I can move the trigger back and forth. The plate is pinned right under the sear contact, so I don't see much stress or wear on it. It has pre and post travel screws, but the hammer lug is still the best assistant.

So which printer has been treating you the best?
