Not really... What are your thoughts?

Zazzed, yes. However, kind of a creepy, synthetic animal head, especially when it talks back. :)

I need to do this. I would steal yours, but we have glass tops that are a little different. Tons of furniture for over a hundred people and no place to hang a jacket (nothing allowed on the glass tops).

Somebody designed this, and printed it for somebody for SS. If you are that somebody, don't follow the link cuz it may give away who made it ;) (if you haven't already guessed anyway).

Don't have a pic of it printed, but here's the model:

Could I ask where you got the dimensions for the grip block? I'm trying to recreate the other end (the part attached to the gun) and I can't find anything for the life of me

If you are pretty cad handy, you can do a subtractive process on an existing grip and build from there. Or maybe hit up grabcad.com?

Unillamegasus does it rhyme with Train Baker? Nifty

ComradeBenedict: Here's the Fusion 360 CAD of the vise block, maybe you can extract what you need from it (or any AR15 grip will have similar dimensions). I don't have any CADs of most of the trracer parts unfortunately (wish there was a full set like there is for the phantom).

(mini review of the vise block, needs to be printed in Carbon Fiber infused filament.. or reinforced + added mounting points, else it just flexes too much)

I got this as my SS gift this year, and all I want to know is that it came from Santa himself! Stop trying to take away the magic, ReconSWS! It is beautiful in person!

Thanks, I ended up following Cho's advice and it seems to have worked, I'll check my dimensions with yours though to be sure.

Regarding the vise block, what material/what settings did you use? I've found that PETG with 5-6 walls and 40%+ infill can make some solid parts

Had a request to make PMI Trracer pump handle since they picked up a thread adapter to use Autococker barrels. Just a couple of hours with calipers and fusion360 and I already had printed test pieces!

Right now the arms are press fitted into the handle but here's a render of the handle.

I've got a little too much squish on the bed so a little bit of sanding will work. Once I've got a full print of it, I'll be able to plastiweld all the parts together and do one final check.
