New box mag from MCS, thoughts?

New box mag was posted a few days ago on MCS's project page https://mcsus.com/blogs/projects/project-box-mag

Listed to fit
468
T68
T15
DYE DAM
Tacamo (All magfed markers and conversion kits)
TGR (All models)
Milsig (All Models)
Spyder (Hammer7, MR5, MR6)
Tippmann (TIPX, TCR, TMC)

What do you guys think? I am interested in how it fits on the Tipx as no picture was posted on how that fits.

Why would anyone ever run that on a tips haha.

But cool concept. Would be sick on the mfg I might order one just for that and add some Velcro to support the weight.

Are they gunna make it with diffrent mag tops or try and sell it with mag well adapters ?

I am interested in seeing the inside and how it works. Having to shake it now and then doesn't bother me that much, as moving around should jostle the paintballs around enough naturally.

I imagine it would have adapters that could be swapped out on the mag, but they have not released any details on that.

Cool. Me running a tmc wants it

I don't know. $180 for a fancy shake and shoot loader seems a bit much for me. I know it's motorized, but it almost seems like MCS is slipping back into Rap4 territory again. A box mag is intended to be used in situations where suppression is wanted. If you can't reliably shoot a constant stream with it, then it defeats the purpose. Personally, I'd rather just use magazines.

I understand your issue with it, but really is the only retail option for people that can't run a DAM box rotor. I could see running this for Recball when I don't want to run my full kit, just grab this mag and and air source.

Then just don't use it. If a product sucks, don't buy it.

Why is everyone so keen to have a boxmag. It ruins magfed.

I have been told several times that I magfed wrong
