Lapco .681 + stock pump handle question

For a very short time, I had one of th Lapco barrels and only ever attached it to my Phantom at the time. These are said to work with the stock pump handle and while I could still cock it back and forth, it felt like it was rubbing on the barrel. Stock barrel felt just fine.

Anyone else run into that? I know a UC kit would fix everything, but don't want to spend the extra on one yet.

I used one for a good while with the stock pump handle and it was fine. Not as smooth and felt like there was a little extra play though. Like all my posts here, I prefer the factory CCI non bored barrels. LOL

The lapco did shoot really well with the right paint, but a lot less forgiving when paint ran larger. I also used CCI detent rings with it and no issues.

I currently have a Lapco on one of my Phantoms set up with the over the barrel pump handle on it and I have no interference at all. I've had 3 different varieties, the stock handle and 2 different colored acrylics and never any interference issues.

I had a lapco and am not into undercocking kits.

I thought it fit perfect.

Pump that sucker till the anno is gone.

That's how people will know you mean business.
