Paintball glove review and general overview

Made a little review video to not only cover a few different brands of gloves but different types of gloves from a players perspective. I covered bare basic gloves for beginners to paintball specific gloves.

Some of the items covered in the video:
Exalt Hard Shell (similar product to what is in the video)
Mechanix Impact
Mechanix Original
HK Army Full Finger Hardline
Social Paintball Grit
NXe Elevation Gauntlet
HK Army Crash Elbow Pads

Btw, it's a bit longer than my usual videos, looking at almost 13 min of me talkign bout glove stuff :)

Enjoy!

I want to try out the PE gloves but I am not sure about their durability. I tried a pair on at EMR and they seemed relatively nice... But I am real tough on gloves it seems. My next pair will definitely have to allow me to feel more though.

Edit: there were also some skin like Dye (I think) from years ago that my friends had. Was like wearing a second skin. Can't remember the name though.

My last pair of PE gloves lasted me only 3 days. 3 friggen days!
I went through several other pairs of gloves untill I ran across the HK gloves, I'm so happy with them that I purchased 5 more pairs for future use :P

My wife and I use the HK Hardline gloves, they are $35:

Haven't used their basic gloves, but the HK HSTL gloves are cheaper at $20 (more so right now since they are on sale for $15). If they follow the same durability as the Hardline gloves, you will have a nice set to use (never used em myself).

Dye Meta gloves were the name. I still have a pair and wear then every time I play. They have lasted over 5 years and I love them. They protect my knuckles and palms during slides, but breathe and give me complete dexterity. I love that I don't need to take them off if I need to do any quick work on guns. If it's cold out I use mechanix, but that's only because the dye ones have 0 insulation properties. I wish I could find another pair of metas, but I haven't seen them in years.

Found out those gloves were under armor. Almost like a rubber material or something.

I was looking at the Gen4 gloves from PE btw.

I'm pretty happy with Mechanix Original gloves. They actually fit my hand, deal with sweat great, and were comfortable the whole day.

Oh, don't get me wrong. I like the Mechanix original gloves, as you can see I used mine quite a bit. Just once I started using some nice paintball gloves, I got spoiled :)
