Stock Class Niche Reptilian Element - 1 of 1
New Year's Eve update: got some other stuff sold so I'm going to keep her for now
Today I'm selling a one-off, custom, stock class Niche Element. It is the only stock class Element (and a Reptilian body to boot!) that I'm aware of. It's built from a left feed Reptilian Niche Element, that had a Carter Stock class feed tube added to it by Carter Machine. The things shoots amazingly, but sadly only got played with twice this year (I just don't get out much any more). I picked it up as part of a trade about a year ago with the intention of selling it but I liked it so much I held onto it. Now I've got my eye on some real steel that I'd like to free up some cash for so she's on the chopping block.
Not only is this a one-off stock class Element, but the Element series was a limited run that is no longer in production and will never be produced again by Niche. This is your opportunity to own a bad @ss rare piece.
Color is hard to see in the pics but it's a polished copper, almost orange-ish. I'd planned on getting some of the accent pieces anno'd teal to compliment the copper color.
Barrel back is freak bored but it will not come with any inserts.
Only blemish that I'm aware of is a small cross-threaded grub screws on the left pump arm - the one thru the side of the pump handle into the pump arm. The pump arm is held in tight, so it doesn't affect the functionality at all, I just wanted to make sure to mention this one defect. I just haven't gotten around to extracting and replacing it.
Also of note, I had my brother-in-law who is a machinist trim 3/4" off the back of the feed tube and rethread it so the back 1/2" of the feed tube where the feed cap threads on is raw, unanodized, but doesn't show as it's only the threaded section. I did this because the feed tube was just a bit too long originally. With a 10-ish" tank it's now the perfect length. I can add a picture of this if anyone wants.
Asking: $1350 obo
