"Ithaca M37" Phantom

Here's my take on an Ithaca M37-style Phantom.

It features:
  • Mossberg Rear Stock with Exile Adapter and M37 Foreend
  • Gen3 FastPheed with Ghost Ring Sights
  • 1-arm Phuzzarded Cocking Rod
  • Top-Mounted Bucket Changer with modified Hard Line
  • Bobbed Valve with Gauge
  • 14" Standard CCI Barrel
  • Red/Blue Main Springs and a Full Detent Kit

Price for this baby is $400 shipped/insured via USPS Priority in the US; I'll ship internationally but contact me for a quote. Payment via Paypal.

Couple things to note about this build - first and foremost the pump arm needs to be stained and sealed, and the rear stock could use a refinish and sanding while you're at it. For this reason, the 3d printed bushings and the steel cocking arm are friction fitted and need to be epoxied in place once the finish is done.

Secondly, while tapping the rear valve, I breached the rear thumb screw socket hole. I plugged the leak using JB Weld but there is still a slow leak, so you need to blue Loctite the rear thumbscrew to plug the leak completely. I suggest leaving the rear thumbscrew/valve body in place while breaking down the marker.

Lastly, the FastPheed I've designed for this gun is unique in that it's quick-detachable. It uses the standard mounting screw and the stem of the bucket changer ASA as anchor points, and can slide forward to unlock and remove the Pheed assembly (in case you need to swab the barrel from the breech).

If you intend to use this with a different barrel (still needs to be 14" or thereabouts), I can print a new set of bushings to account for a change in the barrel diameter.

Yup, they're both 3d printed. And I'll replace any of the 3-D printed parts if they break

The only issue I had was that the stock Mossberg screw wasn't long enough for the adapter so I had to buy a longer one at Home Depot.
