The Ninjadave lever changer was design for a CCI Phantom dropout valve body, so probably not. The thead size and pitch would have to be the same as the CCI unit.
The distance from the piercing pin to the rear of the changer body would need to be very close to the CCI dropout.
Ask the seller to check if the knobs are interchangable.

Which dropout? There are two in that picture and if I'm not mistaken, the one on the right is a cci dropout.

I'm a little late. I have the two items in question, I tried to see if the two would work together when I first got the Ninjadave. The the screw-in dropout is to big for the leverchanger to fit. You might have a better chance with one of those PTX Extreme Lever Changers. It's still small but you could tap the dropout body for screws.

That's a line SI bushmaster dropout valve, you can modify it to use a PTXtreme Lever changer, all you need is a dremel and a drill. Sand down the threads inside the dropout changer until hte PTX fits inside there, and then drill a hole large enough to accept a screw to hold it in place. Someone in the custom forum did one...
