Traccer question (old vs new)
I found a site with all the parts of the new Traccer, I was wondering if it would be possible to buy a new body and feedneck and put all the guts from my old one in it (to make it autococker threaded.)

I think the internals are different. I could be wrong though.

I can tell they are somewhat different (mine has that thing where the power tube is attached to the hammer.) I read on another site this Traccer was supposed to be completely compatible with the old one....not sure if I trust em though. I'd trust MCBers more.

Its only compatible iirc if you do a total swap from front to back. But the hammer from one wont work with the trigger from another

well, then for what I'm doing basically it's good. I want to put all the oldschool parts in/on the new body and feedneck. cool.

Roght but the old hammer wont work with the new trigger is what im saying

So i cant just bolt on an oldschool PMI frame?

No the mounting hole spacing is different by a half inch~. I made mine work but its gonna require some. Modding

aww man that sucks.

Like i said tho you can make it work with some Modding. I dont know if youl hit snags elsewhere tho. The new internals are better anyways why dp you want to keep the old ones
