Nope I don’t think it’s going to go anywhere. Focus and money is else where. It was pretty cool where a lot of design issues were addressed.

You think that it had anything to do with all the negativity from this thread? Its a shame that someone changed the title just because they were upset with the first gun.
I love my Thumper and would have purchased a Pheonix if it was released.

Second this. I'm still hopeful but in a "maybe in my lifetime* sort of way. Gives me something to look forward to at least.

I'd like to pick up a Thumper eventually, just not until I get on top of some other projects I've been putting off.

I've shot them and they are really fun little guns.

People were not upset with the first round of these, they were upset with the lack of support to try and fix the problems it had.

He doesn’t read the forums, he never has. The only times you’ve heard straight from him is when supporting staff has posted, which is infrequent. I would frequently visit and talk with him. I did clue him in on issues that are commonly seen amongst those who were using his products. He did listen and made many adjustments, corrections that most never knew happen. I think it unfortunately comes down to that a small machine shop to invest into paintball is very difficult to prosper, especially when your focus as a small machine shop has historically been directed else where.

I’m saddened by the reality, but for now i think things are only a dream. He was only in testing phase with the Phoenix; there are a few out in the wild. I know he has/had good intensions but there was a lot of problems with follow through, etc. I’ll just end it there before kicking the bucket anymore. I’m afraid it will stir up the bees nest on behalf of a business I do not represent. However, I’ll still keep whispering into his ear time to time hoping that his ideas come to pass. I for one love his products!

thumpers are awesome. I wish they were still around. I used mine as my main marker for about a year chopped a ball in the breach and it killed it but another member on here is fixing it up hopefully he will get it up and running and give me a shot at buying it back.

I loved it super lightweight paired with one of docs freak barrels it was a beauty. insanely light basically a pistol.

does anyone have a working photo of the other one for some reason i cant see it on here.

Breaking a gun by chopping is a good point to make about how easily the gun breaks lol

I got it "running" in my yard, I'll take it to the field later this month ...

From the feel and details, it looks like a lot of effort and energy got put into the thumper ... But it does feel like a pre-production / late prototype. For example, I'm fighting the heck out of those press fit pump rod ... If they are not lined up perfectly you can't pump it ...
