Something Rarer than Hens Teeth

I've got two un-fired, un-finished factory stock WGP barrels, one in a 68 cal for a cocker, the other is a VERY rare 62 cal for one of the original snipers. The reason I can say for sure that these barrels were never fired is that they never got their finish machining done. I can provide pics to anyone interested, but I will not part with either of them for less than 100 bucks or some serious trade fodder....I've got other old WGP goodies that might make a purist drool. I'll give these till the end of the week, then it's off to Ebay.

Butch.
(Edit) Adding these pics:

.68 barrel

.62 Barrel

Both barrels and some other stuff

Bacci says that top barrel is a lapco. It may be, I'll check with the guy I got it from.

Maybe may not be....

My cousin who I bought my first cocker from way back in 95, sold me the same barrel with it, supposedly you could order them with porting like that.. some also had slots milled in it.

JT adds way back when had Bob Longs Ironmen sporting stock cockers with those barrels on them.

So... any chance you have a finished 20 inch WGP bull barrel

That top barrel is either Angel or Sterling threads, not 'cocker, as best as I can tell.

Here's what I got from the fella I got the barrels from:

"I got it from Budd himself before he moved from santa fe springs Ca to Corona Ca so the best of my knowledge Budd made it himself in santa Fe Springs"

Yeah, the .68 caliber looks wrong for cocker threads. I'd say Sterling possibly, as well.

Could it be Ranger threaded? Did they even have threaded barrels?

Rangers were standard WGP/Cocker threads. It might be a Raptor thread- very similar to Sterling.

That is not an uncommon barrel porting/machining job as far as I know... You can see two of the other custom porting jobs they offered on the barrels in this picture:

That's off a cocker from 1991/1992 (pictured)... they were ordered with the gun.
