Anodize question

I have #31 all packed up ready for the anodizer but have a question regarding a stainless piece I could not get out on one of the lower components. The rod that attaches to the bolt hits some sort of a SS stop at the end of the pump stroke. If that is left in while its anodized will that be a problem? If so how do I take that out without damaging the piece?
Thanks for any advice.

Ask anyone that's ever gotten an Automag anodized where the anodizer forgets to take out the stainless steel washer and snap ring...

It not only ruins your marker, but contaminates the anodizing line.
Basically your doing this at an accelerated rate:

So it's super important that you get it out.

This is the one area that I wish that I had done differently.

First: DO NOT ANO if you do not get a hold of the people doing it first.

Second: Tell them about that area when you do get a hold of them. Ask them if they can mask that area off so not to be exposed to the Ano process. If it's a good place they will know how to do it.

If you don't.....she is going to go boom. Sorry about that.

If they look at it and decide that they can do it, you will just have to live with the original color showing in that one little area that isn't visible anyway. (it would be kinda cool to keep the tell tale sign of its previous life)

The safe bet is to leave that peice alone so I pulled it from the parts going to ano. It's not in too bad of shape and should still look good next to the new.
Thanks for the heads up!

I left the trigger alone, including the cci stock it was only 15 pieces. I left 4 parts out that were still in good shape. I played with it this last weekend and it shot amazing, I can only imagine how nice it will shot once it's all done up.

I'm really glad you're happy with it. I can't wait to see the end product.
