Supergame 51 @ Sniperz Den, May 4-6, 2018

I know I'm Starting this early, but felt this would be a good way to plan things out and help everyone get set up for rides, camping and general set up for the event.

So basic info as it stands when registering for the event, our team is set up as follows:

Team: Red
Scenario Team: The Scavengers
Camping: We have 16 camp sites reserved for our team, Rows I and J sites 15-8. Puts us about 3 rows over from the vendor and meeting areas and right near the north entry.

No paint has been ordered yet. If you want to order your own paint you can, otherwise I will take tallies on here of who is going for how much paint and I will order it all for the team and will take payment on your paint pick up. This will also help if you know your not ordering a lot of paint and want to see if anyone would be willing to split cases or what not with you. I will be pre-ordering a few extra cases just to play it safe. I will be bringing an insulated setup to leave on my trailer as a way to keep the paint better insulated than out in the elements.

If you are wanting smoke grenades or the team is wanting to go that route we can debate the purchase of that then. I do not recall if that is provided by the host as a purchase through them or if it is purchased from vendors.

As for tents I will be wanting to keep a list of who has what tents they are bringing. If you have a large tent and are willing to let people use a space in it too. I am thinking of setting camp up as a wagon wheel type layout with shade cover tents as the center for more of a group space and the tents branching off of that. Depending on the number of vehicles and tents 4-6 of the camp sites as parking spaces. I plan on arriving on the Thursday night before the event to start setting up camp for everyone.

Please inform me as you sign up so that I can add you to the attendance list. If you are coming from out of town and would like to play with the team I just need notification, you register with The Scavengers as your scenario team (Unless your playing with your team and just want to roll with us), whether you camping with us, and how many for your group.

Only down side to the RV is you will have to get an RV space and the map shows those filling up fast. And that I saw last year, those are a decent walk away from the staging/vendor area. Not terrible though.

I will probably be signing up in the next few days for the event. As far as the campsite goes would i just list the tent size and number of people I would be bringing and would i still need to register it when i buy the pass and paint for the game?

No need to mention anything for the camp site in the registration. Your camp site is covered if your coming with the team, I wanted to make sure if that for us. As for your tent and how many you have coming with you, please just post it here so I can keep a list of the tents we have coming and how many people. This is also to determine how many of the camp sites are going to be for parking vs camping. The more tents we have the fewer sites I am going to have for us to park in. Another reason I’m hoping people will be doing a bit of carpooling.

I would be coming up with just my brother and I, and we will probably have a two or four man tent, And i am going to see if I can get my hands on a EZ up cover as the weather is very much up in the air.
