I am looking at the embroidered and would just need to know if we want the loop back on it or not, the type of edging and so on. I can do a list out later before I get the order quote going to get everyone’s opinion. But I would really like to thank you, Bellicose, for taking this on. You did a great job on that.
I think number 3 is the one. I'll email you the file if you would like. Do I have your email address? If I can't find it, go ahead and text it to me. Hook and loop back is a good idea, and shouldn't be a problem to stitch to a hat (at least I don't think it would).

Just wanted to give a quick update comment.

I contacted the company Bellicose recommended and have an order started and in the works. As soon as I get the file tomorrow from Bellicose and sent to them, they will start making the patches. They are going to be a polyester blend thread with hook and loop backing. The embroidery will be 100% coverage, so all the way to the edges. I ordered 200 of these. They will get to me by mid March.

I was planning on bringing this up for talks with the team on manufacturing preferences, but after talking to a few people at he company making he patch I went ahead with the order. The company is scheduled for machinery upgrades at the end of the month and stated that the order needs to be in by end of tomorrow or the delivery date for the patches would be end of May.

I'm glad you read my mind and went with #3.

I would be having the hat and patch.

Any chance some would be doing stickers/window clings?

If you have extra for sale or trade I would be down for one of these great patches to go in my collection.

What hat colors and styles do you guys like? I'll order them wholesale. I can work on a vinyl decal, but I'll need to simplify the design.

Whoa... You guys get sh*t done...

A for hats, I'd like a boonie/fishing/bucket/sombrero or whatever has a 360 degree brim. Flexible on color. Navy or dark green?

I was going to say flex fit ball cap but I'd be good with a boonie bucket too. Green, brown, black, navy, tiger, something else - all fine.
