I would suggest that you inspect the reg. there is the small valve that lets tank pressure air into the regulator, check the tiny little seal on that maybe? Hope you get it running well

Yeah. I have several CCM regs and occasionally the pressure source inlet valve won't seal properly and essentially turns it into a gas thru, you just need to find one with a guage port lol
