In my experience, pre-2k Minicockers are the only instance where they are worth it. I think you'll be able to dial back your HPR pressure a bit and you'll get better consistency when firing quickly.

I agree, sounds like you need to adjust the sear length. Also, double check the lip of your bolt to see if it is rounded off at all, you want the edge to be nice and sharp.
