I'm gonna say 21.7 pounds. My in-laws cooked the turkey this year, but i'm hoping to smoke one for Christmas!

I cook for an assisted living home, while in nursing school, so pics are not allowed. But mine crushed. I break mine down, about a 30 hour brine then roast.

Our Turkey was 13.7 lbs.
