Pump on a XTS?

Has anyone ever put a pump on an XTS? I have one, and never use it. Thinking about selling it, but wondering how tough it would be to convert to a pump?

It works like a pro-carbine turned sideways (the link arm is on the right, rather than on the top).

Seem like a few parts could make it a pump and it could still be switched back to semi if desired.

I asked this on the old MCB way back and was told Iwould have to mill a slot for a pump arm to connect to the bolt and I would have to modify or replace some thing ( I cant remember what) sothat the pin will not depress and use the excess gas to "blowback". I think it was KidneThief who told me how. I never got around to it. G'Luck

I thought that if a rail could be milled to replace the plastic slider cover on the right side, (that holds the detent and the link arm in place), remove the link arm and put pins going out from the bolt and the hammer that would attach to a second rail attached to the pump handle. The pump handle could be attached to by one bolt to the front underside of the marker where some wts' have a front grip. The pin to the bolt would sit in a slot to give it free movement (if needed at all). I would let the blow-back continue to reset the hammer, and the pump stroke would only chamber a ball. (Not sure if I am makiing sense here)

But that way, the mods would be minimal and reversable.

Possible????

For that you pull out the link arm, flip it around, and attach it to the pump handle.

It could easily be done without too much modification. have a look at a Brass Eagle Cobra. It would amount to the same thing.
