T8.1 Loadouts

Did the TiPX thing a couple of times and while they're more practical in pretty much every respect, I enjoy the T8 in terms of shot quality, feel in the hand, disassembly, etc. I've acquired 2 guns, 10 mags, 2 pursuit pods and various accessories. The only thing I haven't been able to figure out is how to carry everything (or what I need to play at least).

Many of the pictures in the setup thread have gone down thanks to Photobucket so I thought I'd see if anyone was still using the T8.1 primarily and what they're hauling everything with.

I'd personally like something light and small, but I'll look at anything.

So in the words of the Cromulons,
"Show me what you got!"

Following for the same reason. Just got a t9 and t9.1. The 9n1 will be used in a rifle configuration but the t9 will be the pistol setup.

Do you want leg holster for vest?

Have you guys considered just running a belt with 2 airsoft dump punches?? Probaly as light weight as possible. One for new mags one fore empty mags. I occasionally run a bt sa17 or rap4t68. So not quite the same. Works awesome when I'm to lazy to wear a 10 round harness. They make all different types. There are some really nice ones that the tops basically stay shut unless your putting a mag into it that are super nice and secure.

honestly, with 10 T8.1 mags.. i wouldn't worry about shaving ounces... you got pounds up there!

personally, i was running with a P3 pack that i scored, but those damned mags are so heavy that I gave up after a while...

i'm now rocking a remote and a Deadcell adapter with Zetamags and fazmags holders on a belt, it's so much lighter and i carry more ammo at the same time.

I've been trying to get ahold of deadcell but he's been unresponsive. I plan on running my 9.1 in rifle config but still use mags for 1st strike. Those stock mags are so heavy.

With how heavy those mags are I'd suggest a battle belt and running the mags in vertical pouches equally placed around the belt.

I used pistol taco pouches for the T8.1 mags, and they worked great. If you aren't familiar, they are expensive, but really work well, and are fairly adjustable within a certain range Come in single, double, and triple.

I would consider those on a belt or maybe a light minimalist chest rig, depending on your preference.

Hands down the old Tac ten Vest. Keeps the weight centered to my body and has a bladder pouch. I take everything of the back and run molle panels sideways on my right so it's mad fast to reload mags from the pouches. I have a kydex belt holster so this is the rig setup for magfed
